Curvas de Crescimento

The growth curves, presented by the OMS in 2006 and 2007, are an important assessment tool used when measuring, monitoring and evaluating the growth of both children and adolescents from 0 to 19 years old, independently of their ethnical characteristics, socio and economical status or their food supply types. Underweight, overweight, obesety and other conditions related to childrens development and nutricional states can be early detected and managed.

The iOS application "Growth Curves+" is a very helpful tool that enable its users to evaluate their patient’s nutritional and development state in a very precise way. It presents its results using graphical charts based on the OMS growth curves and interpreting the calculations results.
